Only unused items in their original packaging may be returned to digitalsupplyusa.com. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt, we highly recommend you test the item before installing it. All (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorizations for exchanges/returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. All products returned to digitalsupplyusa.com for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee (25% or a $5 minimum) (NO EXCEPTIONS). When an order is placed we incur irreversible fees. You must contact digitalsupplyusa.com via email for a RMA return authorization for each return item before shipment. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Digital Supply USA is not responsible for any items sent back prior to receiving an RMA. The shipping warehouse and return warehouse are located at different addresses. Shipping cost is a non refundable item.
PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy.

This warranty is at Seller's sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part. Any item shipped back prior to contacting digitalsupplyusa.com for authorization, will be sent back at the owner's expense. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping cost is a non refundable item.
Return Freight Cost and Insurance
Freight and insurance costs associated with returns, for any reason, are strictly the responsibility of the sender. We share the shipping costs associated with a return for replacement. The customer pays for return shipping and insurance, and we will pay to ship the replacement. All returns must be insured. We cannot offer everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the website. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. When an order is placed we incur irreversible fees. All cancellations will incur a 10% or $2.95, whichever is greater, cancellation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent over to the shipping warehouse as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.
Shipping Fee Refunds
Shipping Fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. If on an order the customer has qualified for free outbound shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from Digital Supply USA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make a price adjustment after an order has been placed.
Some items on our web page have a no return, exchange or credit policy. This is listed in the item description.

Seller disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Since Seller cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale, Seller is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. Where the products Seller is distributing have guarantees extended by the manufacturer, the customer must address any related warranty issues with the manufacturer directly. Seller provides a 10 day limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. If an item or part is damaged during shipping from Seller to customer please do not open it. Please contact Seller immediately. Seller's liability for its shipments to customer, whether the shipment is a product purchased or an item sent in by customer for repair, should an item or part it ships be lost or damaged, is limited to either the replacement of the part or item. Seller may insure each part or item it ships, but shall not be liable to customer for any damages beyond either a replacement part or item, in Seller's sole discretion. Seller is not responsible for parts lost or damaged during shipment from customer to Seller. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining insurance for all returns to Seller.
After checking out through the digitalsupplyusa.com website you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your order summary. We process your order promptly after checkout so please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies with your order.
Digital Supply USA does not guarantee delivery by any particular date or by any particular shipping method you may choose. Again, under NO circumstances do we provide a refund for shipping.
Any guaranteed delivery time is made by the carrier not Digital Supply USA. The estimated delivery provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. Digital Supply USA cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.
Digital Supply USA will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control including without limitation: product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather, power failure, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, acts of god, or acts of any government or agency. All orders are subject to part availability.
Leave at door policy: Carriers will leave packages at your door and do not require a signature. Digital Supply USA is not responsible after the carrier delivers the package.
With a central warehouse location in Kansas City, the majority of orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service and will arrive with your normal mail delivery. Shipping is typically with-in 1 business day unless the item is out-of-stock.
You may not receive notification that your order has been shipped due to high order volume. For domestic orders you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days from the day you placed the order (Depends on delivery location). International orders can take up to 2 weeks.
All parts for sale on the digitalsupplyusa.com website are also used by our service technicians for repairs. digitalsupplyusa.com parts are high-quality aftermarket parts manufactured with the highest level of quality control. You won't notice any difference in the quality of our parts compared with the OEM.
The digitalsupplyusa.com most common repairs are related to the LCD displays and glass touchscreens. This is where we put the most importance in our quality control. All aftermarket screens will have the same display resolution as your original. The touchscreen technology is the same so it will be just as accurate and responsive to the touch. The glass is made of the same material as your OEM and it will hold up equally well in terms of strength.
As previously mentioned all the parts for sale on the site are also used by our service technicians for mail-in and walk-in repairs and parts purchases. We never have any complaints regarding the quality of our replacement parts, just compliments and excitement!

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
